An Important Message

We wanted to take a moment to reach out to you as our valued patient and friend of the practice but also as a fellow citizen. We are facing a very difficult situation collectively as a nation against the rapidly developing global pandemic COVID-19.

In this troubling time the virus is affecting us and all of our daily habits, but it is crucial to remain calm, show solidarity and follow the advice and guidance by NHS England, World Health Organisation and the UK Department of Health’s daily updates.

Our priority remains the health and wellbeing of all our patients and our team. For this reason, it is with deepest sadness that we’re announcing our temporary closure, following the governments advice about COVID-19 and in a bid to help flatten the curve.

What to do if you have an appointment?

The team are currently working hard to get in touch with all our patients that have upcoming appointments in March and April. This may need to further extend into May depending on future advice and guidelines.

We are working our way through the diary day by day so please bear with us while we work on rescheduling the existing appointments. We are also trying our best to individually contact our patients that are midway through treatment to help assist you.

We are truly grateful to our wonderful patients for their patience and understanding at this time and making this difficult task easier for us and our team. In the meantime, if you have a query regarding your treatment please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How to get in touch?

We know that the time ahead will be challenging but we are confident that together we will get through this. In spite of the temporary closure, we will continue to keep all lines of communication open.

There will be a reduced service, but we will be accessible by telephone, email and a newly available video consultation service. We have introduced this to help provide assessment and advice as and when required.

If you have a query regarding your existing appointment, your future or on-going treatment or a dental emergency please don’t hesitate to contact us alternatively please call the practice on 01342 321 094 and leave us a voicemail and a member of our team will be in touch soon.

In case of an Urgent Dental Emergency:

In case of a dental emergency please send us an email and we will call you back as soon as we can and help assess your symptoms and offer advice for the management of the problem.
